Description
These bearing caps are machined from 4140 pre-hardened alloy steel and are a direct replacement for the bearing caps in the Evo and DSM rear ends. Our girdled diff covers have proven that there is an issue with bearing cap deflection in these rear ends, and these will add a second line of defense alongside the diff covers. These are not a replacement for the girdled diff covers, but are a supplement to further increase strength. ARP 8740 fasteners are also provided to replace the low grade factory fasteners.
