Piston size: 44mm diameter piston.
Damper Adjustability: 33 level damping force adjustable. With every 2-3 levels change you can feel the difference in damping force.
Damper Material: 52mm diameter damper body made with high strength steel then coated with electroplating treatment to prevent rust and corrosion to ensure damper can withstand the harsh motorsport conditions. High quality oil seals are utilized to withstand high temperatures and to prevent oil leaking. The piston rod is made from high quality S45C steel and is processed with Thermal Refining and High-frequency Induction Hardening Treatments for rigidity and durability.
Oil Material: High quality specific formulated damper oil is used. It prevents foaming, and also provide constant viscosity under any working temperature conditions. So the damper won’t lose damping abilities under high temperature.
Spring: All springs are made from high quality SAE9254 steel for optimal durability and high tensile strength.
Wave Spring Washer: For MacPherson strut, wave spring washer is installed between lower locking collar and bottom mount. It provides extra friction between lower locking collar and bottom mount to effectively prevent the bottom mount from spinning around or becoming loose.
