The JDC titanium CF/CJ/CY/CZ headlight hardware kit is made from a Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium. This kit replaces your ugly stock hardware with beautiful titanium that will outlast your car itself! Titanium is around 45% lighter, way stronger, and will not corrode like your stock steel bolts.
- Each bolt/washer combo weighs under 0.2oz!
- This kit will replace the 4 bolts and washers that secure your headlight to the frame.
- Available in polished, burnt, rainbow, or multiple solid colored finishes. If you would like your hardware anodized a custom color please contact us before ordering to make sure we can accommodate your request.
- *New washers!* Our new custom made washers incorporate a small lip that gives the flange head of the bolt a flush appearance once installed.
